End of Year - Day Retreat

End the year on a relaxed note, with a day of yoga, meditation & reiki with colour, a nourishing lunch and a workshop to ‘Find Your Healthy Ever After’

This interactive day retreat will put you in the right frame of mind to start 2019 on a positive note and give you advice on forming a solid foundation of healthy habits that can be practiced on a consistent basis.

10.30am - Arrive and get settled.

10.45am - The day will start with Yoga flow class which will be suitable for all levels.

12.00 - Tracy Pearson will present a workshop called “Find your Healthily ever after”

A healthy lifestyle is usually described as a lifestyle that helps to improve and maintain your health and well being.  The ‘Find Your Healthily Ever After’ workshop will help you to understand the habits you should be cultivating that will give you a solid foundation for optimal health, longevity and a healthy body composition.

Diets, gimmicks, magic bullets or quick fixes don’t work in the long term. Learning a solid foundation of healthy habits that can be practiced on a consistent basis, but still allowing for ‘life’ events – holidays, Birthdays and other special occasions, is a great way to end 2018 and start 2019. Maybe this will be the last time you will ever need to make a New Year’s resolution to improve your health or body composition. Your future health can never be measured in days or months of sticking to a ‘plan’ or ‘diet’ but rather by living your life with the ability to sustain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.

1pm - Lunch will be nourishing and delicious

2pm - Emily Smith will introduce you to colour therapy then guide you through two different meditations using colour and reiki.

Short seated meditation - each person will choose a bottle to use during the meditation - Emily will do a mini reading based on the positives and negatives of the colours you have chosen..

A short discussion based on questions/feelings that arise.

A longer lying down meditation -using a different bottle this time placed on the 3rd eye / brow chakra for a deep meditation. Emily will do a little bit of reiki on each person. 

3pm - The day will finish with a gentle class incorporating some Yin yoga to leave you feeling relaxed and ready to face the New Year.

Numbers are strictly limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
