Aerial Yoga.

What we do in this class:

Using the support of a soft suspended hammock Aerial Yoga allows you to build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence in a fun way. Taking you through grounding poses and also elevating you to new heights. You are also able to invert the body allowing the spine to decompress. The hammock also opens to create a wonderful relaxing cocoon. No experience necessary.

What to wear:

Soft comfortable clothing WITHOUT ZIPS or dangling cords.

T-shirt with sleeves (short ok) NOT a vest.

ALL WATCHES AND JEWELLERY (except small stud earings and flat rings) SHOULD BE REMOVED.

Bare feet or yoga socks.
