Gentle Flow.

What we do in this class:

If you have been attending beginner classes and feel it’s time to take it up a small notch then this class will gently introduce you to a flow class.

We will take a slow approach to linking together the postures learnt in a beginners class, taking time to find ease in each pose before moving gently on to the next.

This class is suitable for anyone with a little knowledge of yoga.
