What we do in this class:

A beautiful, challenging practice blending elements of yoga, ballet and Pilates. Barre classes are dynamic, low impact, total body workouts performed at a ballet barre that will appeal to everyone.

Each class delivers an energising and effective workout for the entire body, building alignment and strengthening the core and toning muscles.

This class is suitable for everybody as various modifications are given to suit the abilities of all students.
